Day 1: Visit the Vineyard, taste the local wine 

After meeting the guide who will accompany you for the duration of your journey, starting from the 'meeting point, our shuttle will take you to an ancient estate in Frascati.
Here you will have the unique opportunity to ride inside the estate vineyard while hearing interesting anecdotes about the production of the area's flagship product: wine!
The estate with its dominant hilltop position offers spectacular views of Rome and the surrounding hills. It also houses a historic mansion, a postmodern national monument that retains the charm of an important noble residence.
At the end of the tour you will then be pampered with a tasting of local wines and samples produced by the farm.
Dinner will undoubtedly be the perfect finale to this day of discovering the authentic flavors of the area.

Day 2: The Pearl of the Castles

The second day will be devoted to the history and beauty of Frascati.
This little pearl of the Castelli was the summer residence of many popes, cardinals and nobles, who built splendid villas here, such as Villa Aldobrandini.
A stop on the Grand Tour, visited by internationally renowned travelers and artists, Frascati still retains the charm of its history dating back to before the 'vassal era, when it was a fief of the Church after the destruction of Tusculum by the Romans. And right here we will arrive to photograph a breathtaking view of Rome and visit the archaeological park.
The shuttle will be waiting for you with your luggage to return to Rome immediately after lunch.

• Departure is guaranteed when the minimum number of participants is reached. In case this does not happen you can change your trip or ask us for a full refund of the paid fee.
• For organizational reasons, the hotel may place participants in another related facility, with equal treatment. Some hotels may require a credit card at check in to guarantee any consumption or extra services (minibar, spa entrance,...). The card is released at check out.
• The itinerary may be subject to changes before and/or during the vacation due to organizational reasons, weather conditions (to be understood as heavy thunderstorms only and not drizzle) or provisions of local authorities.There will be no refund for changes or non-performance of the program due to the above-mentioned causes. In case of closures not foreseeable at the time of program publication, we will substitute the planned visit with other places of interest.
• We expect you to be fit to tackle this route: check well the level of difficulty and the characteristics of the route, and ask us for help if you have any doubts. It is essential to know how to ride a bicycle with a minimum of experience in its use. People deemed by our guide to be unfit for the trip, or with physical issues that preclude the safe conduct of the tour, will not be admitted to the group. There will be no refunds for unsuitable persons.
• Please indicate at the time of booking any allergies, intolerances or dietary habits (e.g. vegetarian, vegan diet...). We will notify the facilities of your request. To be safe, bring a small supply of special foods (e.g., gluten-free) with you.
• Remember to check out in the morning, right after breakfast, so that you do not leave any documents required at the hotel during check in. In fact, at the end of the tour you will not return to the hotel, your luggage will be transported by our transfer service directly to the rental point (meeting point).
• The Package's included Luggage Transfer service provides only and exclusively for one small/medium sized trolley per person. Any other additional luggage may be transported upon agreed request and extra payment.
• Remember to charge the E-Bike battery overnight so that you have all the levels to ride the next day.
