    Sì! La maggior parte dei tour è adatta ai principianti, ma è necessario sentirsi a proprio agio in sella alla bicicletta e pedalare con sicurezza.

    Sì, tutti i nostri tour si svolgono in e-bike. Per poter guidare autonomamente una e-bike, i partecipanti devono essere alti almeno 140 cm e avere almeno 12 anni.
    Yes. Infants and young children up to 20 kg ride free in a provided child seat. Children under 140 cm join on a tag-along or trailer bike. If they’re pedalling their own bike, they’ll need to feel confident, since some routes run alongside cars.
    Just a valid, in-date ID: an identity card, driver’s license, or passport. For clothing, whatever’s comfortable, we’d just suggest sneakers and long trousers. Arrive fifteen minutes before your start time so your guide can run a quick check before you set off.
    Light rain doesn’t faze us, and we’ll hand out raincoats to everyone so the ride goes ahead. If it turns genuinely bad, heavy rain or a storm, we’ll move you to another day or time, or cancel if you’d rather.
